Our Work

We provide immediate assistance to individuals and families in crisis through our comprehensive emergency services:

  • Emergency Shelter 24/7 safe housing with access to showers, laundry facilities, and personal storage

  • Hot Meals Program Two nutritious meals daily for shelter residents and community members in need

  • Family Harvest Weekly distribution of fresh groceries, produce, and essential items to families facing food insecurity

  • Support Services Access to case management, employment resources, and housing assistance to help build long-term stability

  • Hope's Kitchen Innovative food service program serving approximately 500 people daily while creating employment opportunities for shelter guests

  • WeHOPE EPA Our 73-bed emergency shelter headquarters in East Palo Alto, offering immediate and essential services 24/7, 365 days a year with three meals daily, hot showers, laundry service, case management, and job training

  • WeHOPE at the Monarch Our 100-room transitional shelter in San Francisco, providing temporary housing and comprehensive support services

  • WeHOPE at Berryessa (Safe Parking Program) Located in San Jose, offering 86 RV spots for individuals experiencing vehicular homelessness with 24/7 security, case management, sanitation services, and food assistance

  • WeHOPE at Jerrold Commons (Community Commons) Features tiny homes and services for individuals living in vehicles, providing transitional housing solutions

  • WeHOPE at Coast House A 52-bed transitional shelter in Half Moon Bay offering temporary living accommodations with on-site support including a laundry room, hot meal services, and 24-hour security to help guests transition to permanent housing
