Born in Germany and fluent in three languages, Alessandro's multicultural background enhances his ability to serve our diverse community.

Q: Tell us about your role at WeHOPE.

As a case manager, I work with clients on their journey to self-sufficiency, helping them secure housing and employment documentation while monitoring their overall wellbeing. A significant part of my work involves encouraging clients to explore housing opportunities in neighboring counties, particularly when working with those on restricted incomes.

I recently developed a monthly newsletter, with support from our marketing team, that provides local job leads and housing opportunities across multiple counties. This resource helps set realistic expectations for our clients and supplements our case management services.

Q: What brought you to this field?

I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Counseling at Palo Alto University, and I chose this field because it allows me to embrace the unpredictability of working with individuals experiencing homelessness. I believe in the power of collaboration and trauma-informed care.

Q: What makes WeHOPE special?

At WeHOPE, you're treated as a person with personal goals that the company wants to help you meet, not just another employee. Value comes at every level.

Q: What do you enjoy outside of work?

When not helping clients at WeHOPE, I stay energized through music, spending time with my fiancé, experiencing escape rooms, and gaming sessions with long-distance friends. I’m a huge fan of Japanese food and am always excited to try new restaurants or dishes. My home life is quite lively, shared with an interesting mix of pets: mutation-carrying Red-Eyed Tree frogs, a dog named Lucy, and a Bearded Dragon.
