WeHOPE Hosts "No Address" Red Carpet Premiere
WeHOPE hosted an exclusive red carpet screening of "No Address," a compelling film that explores the realities of homelessness in our communities. The movie ignited meaningful discussions about homelessness awareness and action.
Attendees praised the event, noting that "the evening was beautiful and truly started an important conversation." The screening struck a perfect balance between entertainment and education, fostering a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness.
During the event, WeHOPE leadership shared powerful insights:
Pastor Paul Bains, President & Co-founder, reminded us that "This evening is about more than entertainment – it's about understanding, empathy, and most importantly, action."
Alicia Garcia, COO, emphasized the universal nature of homelessness: "The reality is that homelessness can affect anyone. The people we serve are mothers, fathers, veterans, and professionals — people just like us — who've faced unexpected circumstances."
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported this event and our ongoing mission. For those who couldn't attend, "No Address" is currently playing in theaters. We encourage everyone to see this important film and continue the conversation about homelessness in our communities.
